Andrew McGahey MA (Cantab) MRICS
Andrew is a founding Director of MP Real Estate.
Andrew specialises in investment and development across the major commercial property sectors to include business space, retail and leisure.
He has over 30 years experience in investment agency gained at some of the leading property advisors in the UK. Most recently Andrew was head of the Cambridge office of Lambert Smith Hampton and prior to that worked for Savills, Hartnell Taylor Cook and Richard Ellis, in London’s West End.
He has represented many of the major institutional investors and property companies throughout the United Kingdom, with much of his work involving the provision of strategic advice and maximising total returns from direct property investment.
Andrew is a graduate of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Investment Property Forum, The Cambridge University Land Society and Accessible Retail.
Neil Perrin FRICS
Neil is a founding Director of MP Real Estate.
Neil specialises in mixed use development focusing on the retail and leisure sectors.
He has over 30 years experience in retail agency, development and investment gained at some of the leading property agents in the UK. Most recently Neil headed up the mixed use development department at Savills Cambridge office and prior to that worked for Hartnell Taylor Cook, Pepper Fox and Chestertons in London’s West End and Chesterton Petty in Hong Kong.
He advises developers, landowners and occupiers on the whole development process from initial site identification, design, pre letting, planning through to funding and sale. He has a particular focus on the edge and out of town retail and leisure sectors and is retained by Aldi Stores Ltd and Premier Inn Hotels Ltd to acquire new opportunities across the eastern region.
Neil is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of Accessible Retail and The Leisure Property Forum.
