We work closely with our occupier clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements and identifying opportunities for expansion. This can range from negotiating site acquisitions for direct development by the client, pre lets in new developments or buying/leasing existing buildings. We find the sites, investigate planning, advise on value and negotiate terms and liaise with the lawyers to ensure contractual commitment.

We focus on occupiers in a number of key sectors including supermarkets, non food retail warehousing, budget hotels, leisure and food led destination pubs and restaurants.

Development

Focusing on the supermarket, non food retail warehouse, roadside and leisure sectors, we work with our developer clients throughout the entire development process including initial site finding, financial appraisal, acquisition, scheme design, pre letting and funding.

Through our detailed knowledge of the occupiers requirements, we ensure the advice we give reflects current trends and market conditions to ensure tenant demand is maximised, and with our investment expertise, the completed development will appeal to potential investors.

We work with several family trusts and property companies to develop their property investment strategy and overseeing the day-to-day management of property assets.
