Premier Inn is the UK's largest hotel chain. They are growing rapidly across the UK because of the excellent combination of quality, value, locations and service that they provide.
Today, they have more than 785 hotels and 72,000 bedrooms trading across the UK and Ireland and are looking to increase the size of Premier Inn to 85,000 bedrooms by 2020.

A stand alone Premier Inn, (those that aren’t sited with a branded restaurant), can be new build, stand-alone or part of mixed use schemes (with retail, offices and residential space).
Sites must be reasonably prominent and have good road access. They tend to be in town centres but we will look at edge or out-of-town sites. On-site parking will depend on whether there’s good public car parking nearby. If not, we would look for up to one space per room.
A Premier Inn with branded restaurant provides a Whitbread branded restaurant (e.g. a Beefeater Grill, Brewers Fayre, Table Table or Taybarns) with a hotel of over 40 bedrooms. Typically these sites can be edge or out-of-town sites of around 1.7 acres, standalone sites or part of a mixed-use scheme. We will also consider town centre sites with a high footfall if there’s potential to put the rooms above the restaurant and around 100 parking spaces.
We will consider both freehold and leasehold deals, based on a developer’s turn-key basis./p>
